In a private or semi-private yoga session, Mira will use various techniques including:


✓Breath work

✓Structured asana & alignment to deepen one’s connection to themselves.

 An individualized plan will be created to help you practice in between sessions. 

Mira believes yoga is not just about the minutes you spend on the mat, but learning to embody and incorporate how to practice yoga off of the mat.
